You can download the latest version of the Pulsar Fusion software directly from our official website's support section. Ensure your device is connected via cable during the firmware update process.
What is your return policy for gaming peripherals?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging and condition. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply to opened electronic products.
Does my Pulsar product come with a warranty?
Yes, all Pulsar Gaming Gears products come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
